About Our Shacks
Our ice shacks are designed for both comfort and practicality, we aim to make you feel at home while you're out on the ice! Each shack is heated and comes with fold-down beds featuring foam cushions. Also equipped with the basics you need for meal preparation! Ice holes are strategically positioned to accommodate multiple fishing lines and your sonar technology.

The Shacks
The OG Shack
Day Rate: $50
This 48 square foot ice shack provides ample space for two people to fish comfortably, making it an affordable choice for a day of fishing. The OG Shack comes with a wood stove for heating and cooking, with fire wood included in the rental. It features two ice holes, ensuring plenty of fishing space, as well as a hole for your sonar technology. Additionally, there’s a fold-down bed with enough room underneath for a floor cot, accommodating two people for sleeping. We are not offering overnight rentals for this shack at this time.
The Big Red Shack
Day Rate: $130
Overnight Rate: $180
The Big Red Shack, spanning 96 square feet, it comfortably sleeps up to 4 people overnight. The shack includes 4 fold-down beds and 5 ice holes, ensuring a cozy and functional experience. Equipped with a newly added wood stove and two butane stoves for cooking, it also features two solar panels, a battery, and an inverter to keep your electronics powered while you enjoy your time on the ice. This truly is your home away from home on the ice! There is also a option to rent a diesel heater with this shack for extra warmth.

The Rodfather
Day Rate: $100
Overnight Rate: $130
The newest addition to our fleet, The Rodfather, is our luxury shack that comfortably sleeps two people. This shack features a sink and electric water pump, wood stove, TV, built in lights and plug ins, along with a bench that folds out into a double bed. With this shack you, we bring the luxuries of home, onto the ice!

Equipment Rentals
To ensure that you get the most of your ice fishing fishing experience with us, we also offer equipment rentals! Equipment rentals are a flat rate, whether you are just fishing for the day or overnighting.

Rod and reel suitable for Lake Trout fishing.
This tackle box comes with everything you need to catch Lake Trout. It comes with some of our favorite lures, as well as extra hardware.

Equipment Rental Policy
All equipment rentals must be booked at the time of booking your ice shack rental and will be included in the total price of your rental.
For damaged or lost equipment, the following amounts will be deducted from your damage deposit:

Missing or damaged rod and/or reel - $40

Missing or damaged tackle - $5/missing or broken item - excluding regular wear and tear

Missing or damaged Flasher - $200

All equipment will inspected at the beginning and end of each rental to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as it was rented. If there is an issue with rented equipment, the customer is responsible for notifying A-Z Excursions ASAP.
